Suggest Remedy For Swollen Abrasion In Knee After Injury

5 days ago i fell and have a medium sized abrasion on my knee. i cleaned it and went about my business. a few days later swelling arose and the abrasion turned green. now to present day the abrasion is black. swollen and painful. it is raised in texture and has not improved. i have also experienced major fatigue, alot of nausa and some vomitting. i have tried neosporin, hydrogen peroxide, tylenol, and soap and water. nothing has helped
