Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Bloody Knee Due To Injury

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I was walking with my daughter and was about to cross the road. I did not notice a large pot hole in the road. When I put my right foot down off of the curb to cross it went into the pot hole and my ankle twisted. I was about to fall on my daughter and in order to save her I threw my body the other way. I came crashing down hard and my left knew took all of the impact. The pain was immediate and excruciating, I could not move and just sat in the road for a few minutes. My husband then helped me up. When I pulled my pant leg up my knee was swollen and bloody. The pain woke me up during me sleep and this morning the swelling is worse and I also have pain down my tibia.
