Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Painful Zit Inside Nostril

Hi, about a month ago I had what I thought was a zit inside my left nostril. it even formed an actual matching zit on the outside on the same spot. very sore. it seemed to get better but now it is back and much more painful with lots of tingling pain. the nostril seems to be swollen and inside is the same pimple thing with a crust on it. There is only one, no weepeing. but it makes my right eye water as well, and my eye feels kind of funny on the outer skin edge.

You haven't mentioned your age. But at times such non resolving zits in nose may point towards underlying pathology like diabetes.
It would well advised to get yourself tested for that.
In any case a course of good antibiotics as prescribed your consultant ENT and debridement may help.
I find this answer helpful
