Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Sore Nipples

In the past few days my nipple has been sore and swollen. No discharge,temp nor is there pain in my breast. It almost feels like a pimple, or ingrown hair. I am putting warm compresses on it to try and relieve some of the discomfort, but it is getting worse. I do not have insurance and would like to treat this myself if possible. Thank you.

Here your nipple soreness not associated with fever and breast pain...
So chance of mastitis less...

Here you can have superficial bacterial infection......
Take course of antibiotic amoxyclav for five days....
For inflammation and pain relief ibuprofen can be taken....

Take healthy and balanced diet....

Your breast examination needs to be done by palpation first to rule out any swelling if present ....
USG abdomen done for detail investigation....

Consult surgeon for your condition....
