Hi, I am a 30 y/o male 210lbs 5'10" bp of 123/90 pulse of 73. Medical history of depression with chronic low back and neck pain. No drug allergies, currently on percocet, abilify, cymbalta.
Chief complaint pain in sinus area with drainage in back of throat with swollen facial sinuses. Symptoms are 6 days old and getting worse.
hello, thanks for your query, swollen sinuses, facial pain, post nasal drip can be due to sinusitis. u can do steam inhalation,do one screening xray pns, start mucolytics and antibiotic course after consulting an ent surgeon. all the best. take care.
