Suggest Remedy For Swollen Leg And Painful Ribs Post An Accident

Hi Sir, I had met with an accident on July 24th. There is still quite a bit of swelling on my leg. and also i had a small fracture on my ribs (7th and 8th) and now that i am coming to office, when i sit in cold. it starts paining. i cant sit for long. after some time when i try to get back up, it pains. what do i need to do for the swelling in my leg. why does my rib hurt when i sit in AC room in my office.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also recommend to rest.
Cold compresses can also help in pain relieve.
