Suggest Remedy For Swollen Legs And Knee

i fell a couple days ago and i could walk on it and i was treating it with some cream and keep it clean and now i can bearly put weight on it and its all swollen and hurts like holly crap and wen i stand still it hurts even more
What is wrong with my knee and wen i fell i heard a tiny crack ?
