Suggest Remedy For Swollen Lump On The Right Kneww

i am a 22yearold male no prior medical history i was playing with my kids and was running and twisted my knee, it instantly hurt, but after a few moments the severe pain went away. a a hour later i cannot bend it more than half way it has given out on me twice in just a few moments, it is my right knee and it has a swollen lump on the right side of the knee, no pain just when i try to bend it it hurts. any ideas
