Suggest Remedy For Swollen Neck Glans

For the past week my glands on my neck have been very very swollen and is spreading to the back of my head and throat. I have had a very for two weeks but the past week it has been 100-103 Im on levaquin 500mg but it just seems to be getting worse. Its making my skin soo sensative becasuse its soo swollen..what could this be? ( my doctor tested for mono and it came back negative)
