Suggest Remedy For Swollen Nostril Bumps

I had basal cell cancer removed from the end of my nose Aug. 2010, I found a small bump inside my right nostril towards the top, looks like my nose is swollen on that side, been having headaches between my eyes, and eyes hurt sometimes during these headaches. I have appointment with Family Dr. but can this be related to the nose cancer?

can be. you can't take chance. urgent CT scan or MRI is required and an assessment. rest otherwise can be alllergies or mild sinus viral attacks. ..
