Suggest Remedy For Swollen, Painful And Red Ears Due To Inflamed Ear Canal

I have been diagnosed with inflammation of my ear canal, likely due to excessive use of q tips. This is the 4th infection in 6 months. E trembly painful, extremely swollen and red inside, sharp pain, throbbing and my neck just below my ear is very tender now. Also tender is my face directly in front of the ear. I have ear drops prescribed that have an antibiotic Ana fungal agent. Have been on them for 3 day and just getting worse. Do I need to go to he hospital?

Do not use Q tips because of repeated use ur ears it ill cause infections repeatedly. Yes just a opinion of ENT specialist will do
