Suggest Remedy For Swollen Test Buds

My taste buds are swollen on the right side of my tongue way in the back. I'm not in pain but its uncomfortable and i feel like i have a sore throat. The gum on that side of the mouth feels a little sensitive/sore. I have had some sinus drainage but i don't feel sick. The back of my tongue on the right feels extremely uncomfortable - like there's something stuck in my throat
