Suggest Remedy For Swollen Veins In Arms

My veins in right arm is very tight and the veins I my hand are swollen I am 42 and had traction done 2 days ago on my neck for buldgeing disc in my neck and have been being treated for 5 weeks for this at therapy... This is the 2 day in a row this has happened I saw my dr today and she gave me steroids a and nerotin but now the pain in forearm is back.. Should I be concerned is it a blood clot???
