Suggest Remedy For Tenderness In Breasts And Delay In Periods

I'm 31 yrs old. The first day of my last regular period was 17th July and the last day of that cycle was 21st July. I had unprotected sex where my bf never entered me but ejaculated on my vulva. I cant say how much of it spread inside and around, but I got scared and immediately wiped whatever I could with a lot of tissue and washed myself thoroughly. I had the i-pill after exactly 34.5 hrs on 24th July. I had some dizziness and nausea for a short while after 1-2 days and on the 30th I started spotting and 31st I had a normal period but instead of a 5-day flow I had a 4-day flow. after about 10-11 days, I just got a one-time white transparent discharge. Yesterday my breasts were extremely tender and painful but its fine 2day.Any chances that I might still get pregnant? I haven't got my next period yet. Is it just delayed or could i still be pregnant in spite of having the 4-day period after the i-pill? Please help...
