Suggest Remedy For Terminating Pregnancy

Hi ! I am 33 yrs married woman & I have 4yrs girl child. Now this month I had not got period in proper date (i.e. 20th of April) & I went for pregnancy test, there I found positive. Now I like to go for abortion, plz advise me what medicine should I take for Abortion. Is Primolut N the appropriate one. Plz advise.

Understand your concern
Primolut N does not used for abortion, it is synthetic progesterone it used for postpone the period, regularize the period and for PCOS. Medical termination of pregnancy should be done by gynecologist's prescribed MTP kit after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week (Pre abortion trans-vaginal USG scan is required). It should be done under the observation of gynecologist. By procedure,Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally after 24 if no bleeding another two tablet should be put by gynecologist after 4 hour. Dose should be modified by gynecologist if no bleeding. Follow up to gynecologist at 7 days and Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to know the completeness of abortion process/incomplete abortion. Do not use this pill at home without guidance and observation of gynecologist as it cause complication that require surgery.
