Hi. Than for your query. In spite of the investigations like CT scan , ultrasonography and Echocardiography the cause of the pains at the left testicle, abdominal and chest pain could not be found out. The left chest pain can be due to costo-chondritis. The simultaneous pain in the left testicle and the left lower abdomen can be due to varicocele or epididymo-orchitis. the Pain in the abdomen is usually due to referred pain. Sometimes the pain due to stone in the left ureter can be referred to the left testicle. Hence it is necessary to go for the ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the whole abdomen and the scrotum simultaneously. Also go for the tests of blood, urine and stool and semen too. This may add to the diagnosis. The treatment will be as per the final diagnosis after a consultation with a General Surgeon.
