General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted your history of left testicle hanging down more than the right and there is pain in the left testicle as as well as leg as explained by you. You are sexually active and do not know whom to contact.
You have to take an appointment of a Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination and further tests like:
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination.

The causes can be epididymo-orchitis or varicocele or recurrent torsion and so on.
Once diagnosed, you will get a plan for treatment that you have to follow strictly and till you get a relief.
I find this answer helpful
