Suggest Remedy For Testicular Congestion
i was horny about four days ago and i got a testicular congestion. my testicular bag grew so big and i was not even able to walk. I put ice on my balls. it startred getting better. now, the bag holding my testis is soft unlike before. but the problem is that the testes inside the bag are still big. is there is a serious problem here?

Read and understood your history of getting the scrotum enlarged so big in no time indicates other reasons for this. Getting horny may not affect so much.
Well, it is still important to get an accurate diagnosis.
I would advise you the following:
First of all go for ultrasonography of the scrotum with color doppler examination and to get a proper diagnosis by a clinical evaluation and examination also.
Routine tests of blood and urine are done.
This will give us the proper diagnosis and a plan for further treatment .

I can understand the sudden occurrence of such a problem of the testicular congestion can be very troublesome.
But you have to have a definite diagnosis whether this is a hydrocele, hernia or enlargement of the testis.
I would advise you the following:
First of all get the ultrasonography and color doppler done to know the exact problem. Also get ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for urinary system; test of blood and urine too.
As the hernia would require surgery. Rest of the problems need clinical evaluation on regular basis till totally healed by medical management.
