Suggest Remedy For The Injury In Lower Foot

Hi,

my name is Farrah and it's been about a month since I've been struggling with an injury in lower foot all around (near the shin bone). I have done research and at first, I thought I had a shin splint, but I turned out to be wrong. I don't know what injury I have, so I am trying to get a possible diagnosis, or just examples of injuries so that I can do specific research and find what is wrong with me.
