Suggest Remedy For The Mild Indention Of Cervical Cord

I have permanent multiple disabilities requiring ADL/LADL (daily needs) using walker/cane for mobility etc. Due to severe bilateral clotting disorder. On lifetime 18000UI fragmin injections. I have Lupus, Arthritis in both hips & Pre-diabetic. I have been told by Orthopods I require arthroscopic surgery on both hips to repair torn anterior labrum and femoral heads but was ruled out as too dangerous due to my 7 year clotting history and special circumstances. I have also been told by Orthopods & Neurosurgeons I require surgery to replace 3 discs in my low back but again surgery deemed as too dangerous and can only be done as an emergency essentially I have to wait until bladder/bowels fail. Diagnostic nerve testing reveals damage to both legs; numbness for past 2 years in both feet & sciatica both legs, Last year I have started to get numbness in left hand; Cervical MRI reveals moderate disc bulges at C3-C4 moderate narrowing Left intervertebral foramen & bony hypertrophy, C4-C5 same as above w/ contact cervical cord; C5-C6 same as above but mildly indenting cervical cord; C6-C7 identical as C5-C6. Advised by Orthopod and Neurologist repair would be extremely dangerous essentially same response with much more caution as low back repair. What can one do besides medication and being left to deteriorate to point when surgery can be done as an emergency?
