Suggest Remedy For The Pain During Pap Smear

When I get pap smear it is very painful.Ihavent had a pap smear in about 3 or 4yrs now, bcause there to painful, is there something to make it a lot less painful i weight 170 lbs. I m 4ft. 11 ins. tall and i m 64 yrs. old. I might never get another pap ever again ,unless it stops being so painful.

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If you feel pain after you have done PAP-smear it may be caused because you are in menopause and have vaginal atrophy.
Have Sitz baths with warm water 3 to 4 times per day and be calm .
