Suggest Remedy For The Pain In Chest And Back

I had a really bad fall a week and a half ago. I had to get stitches on my head, sprained left shoulder and have a bad bruise just off my left hip. Now I have left chest pain and back pain, I feel tired and weak. The ER doctors did not seems concerned with my bruise but I didn't tell that I also have had mono recently. what should I do?
