Hi,
I undewrstand your concern.
The tear you describe after a vigerous/rough sex is a grave injury to vagina. The appearance of bump there suggests infection in the tear. This tear needs to be repaired earliest. You should consult a gynecologist for -
- Detailed local examination to decide exact extent & depth of the tear,
- cleaning of the tear, followed by suturing it in layers ( as per need) under antibiotic umbrella.
- sutures are usually absorbed after 8-10 days . Till then you need to-
- keep the area clean/ avoid stretch on sutures,
- take antibiotics & other drugs prescribed by doctor regularly,
- Keep good vaginal hygiene / avoid sex for at least 1 month
after healing.
Thanks.
