I slipped and fell on ice at work could not feel my legs for a few sec.Hurt to move could not get up was alone had to call the ems went to the hospital they said I had a contusion.It hurts when I sit and walk I have tingling in my heels.hurts across the upper part of my buttocks What can I do ?
