Suggest Remedy For Thick Scabbing Skin On Legs And Feet Of A Diabetic Patient

My husband is diabetic and has developed thick scabbing skin on his lower legs and feet. The crusty skin is being treated temporarily with silver sufadiazine until we can get him to a doctor. Should we see a podiatrist or a dermatologist? and should I be bandaging this? Desparate..

Hi,
It seems that this problem might be due to improper vascular circulation and diabetes.
Diabetec foot should be ruled out.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
Meanwhile apply triple action cream locally.
Ok and take care.
