Suggest Remedy For Thickened Endometrium Tissue, Cysts In Crevix

i have had a oochorectomy in 2006 where they took out my left ovary and tube along with some cysts. im now having abdominal pain on my right side. my ultrasound shows 8mm of thickened endometrium tissue and cysts on my cervix as well as saying it was difficult to r/o endometrial polyp or endometrial carcinoma. what should i do?
