Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain

Hello,while roughing it up a bit with the kids I was grabbed kinda hard on my throat a few days ago and i felt my trachea literally move, it does not hurt yet the last 2 days my throat feels swollen and my voice is a little hoarse since this morning.... how long before this discomfort all goes away ?

Another 2-3 days.. Its due to swelling of the soft tissues of the throat.. Will subside on own.. But must see a dr if I develop breathing difficulty or ot worsens from now on
