i eat haleem at night ..and on morning i have pain in throat ,difficulty in swallowing and when i eat anything that also cause pain in my oesophagua, i am chronic patient of gastritis but recently i had no pain of it ..my age is 46 ,, weight 54.... plz let me know whether it is simple tonsillitis ?if it is then why i had pain in my oesophagus .?
Avoid eating cold,spicy and oily food.Avoid dust.Drink plenty of fluids.Raise your head end of bed little while sleeping.Have a gap of minimum 2-3 hours between taking food and sleeping.Avoid citrus food.Avoid eating food very fast.
Even after taking the above measures,if still your symptoms are not improving,then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor.If needed,an Upper gastro-intestinal endoscopy may be needed to be done by a Gastro-enterologist doctor to find out whether there is inflammation in the oesophagus.
