Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain

Iam suffering from fever and throat pain for 3 days ,my dr said my throt was infected badly and she priscribed paracetomol and acithromicin tablets ,after taking the tablets my fever rate gets low but not cured ,throat pain suffering me a lot kindly guide me

Start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Combination of Paracetemol + Ibuprofen & continue Antibiotic for 5 days.
