Suggest Remedy For Throat Pain

Dear Sir/Mam, My son is facing from severe throat pain. Doctor suggested Ibukind, but it did not made any difference. Hence I gave him Asthakind syrup. Please suggest any or let me know if I have done right.Waiting for your response.RegardsDhanshri

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
Your son might be having tonsillitis..i suggest you to give him syrup amox with clavulinic acid dosage according to age mentioned in the leaflet comes along with syrup or kindly let me know his i will advice...along with antibiotic he needs analgesics.. syrup paracetamol will do...and the syrup you have given him that is syrup asthakind is not for pain , its for cough... nothing to worry, just discontinue it....
