Suggest Remedy For Throbbing Arm, Tingly Fingers And Pus Blisters On The Area Of Bee Bite

I was stung by a honeybee on my arm (top of arm right below the crease/elbow area) about 32 hours ago. This morning when I woke up the place where I was stung is swollen, feverish, hard to the touch, feels rough(bumpy) and has puss blisters. I have taken benadryl and applied hydrocortizone cream. The area is painful to the touch, my arm is throbbing, fingers feel tingley and has not improved at all today -it actually is worse. Do my symptoms substantiate a visit to an emergency room for immediate treatment or visit with primary care Doctor tomorrow or continued self treatment?

Hi,

I advise you to visit your primary care doctor.

Now I guess you have inflammatory and purulent process on the area of bee bite.

With such presentations in my clinic, I would recommend to apply Ciprit and then 1% Chloramphenikol to affected area thrice a day for 5 days, use sterile material for bandage.
Please let me know if you have further questions before meeting your primary care Doctor.
I find this answer helpful
