Suggest Remedy For Throbbing Feelings In Gum,cheek And Nose Area

I have a throbbing feeiling on the fight side of my upper gums and cheek and nose area as if I have a toothache but my teeth are not hurting. And I've been takins some sinex for two days and its not working. What could it be and what do you recommend.
