Suggest Remedy For Throbbing Pain In Ears With Swelling

both ears throbbing, insides of ear is swollen, a cotton bud can t even fit in... Paracetemol isn t helping the pain... A few days ago there was liquid in both ears as well as crusting, I went to the GP but they said they couldn t subscribe antibiotics as there wasn t a spot in my ear and that the inner ear was fine, but now it hurts so much

Thank you for posting your query.
Your complaint sounds like you have developed folliculitus of the ear canal. You need to consult an ENT specialist to get the ears cleaned. Also antibiotic soaked ear packing will help in reduction of swelling. Use anti inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen 400 for pain relief. Pain will usually reduce within a day.
