Suggest Remedy For Thyroid Problem

Hi doctor,

The following are my results of the lab test conducted yesterday.

Fasting Blood sugar 4.45mmol/L

HbA1c 6.11%

Cholestrol 5.37mmol/L

Triglycerides 2.61mmol/L

HDL 0.66 mmol/L

LDL 4.18 mmol/L

SGPT/ALT 45.68 U/L

TSH-e 411 5.51ulU/mL



I am 36 years old male , Indian ,working in Middleeast. I am on consultation with a doctor here ,

the following are the medicines I am consuming since last 9 months. But I am not finding much differences.



Euthyrox 125MCG

Coveram 10MG/5 MG

Lipanthyl

Ezetrol 10MG

Janumet 50/1000 MG



I used to consume cod liver oil on daily bais. Included more Cinnamon powder on my diet, and started to have grape fruit juice. daily tread mill for minimum 30 minutes, ( Pulse rate used to reach up to 141) But no change in my lab results,



Please advise.
