Suggest Remedy For Tight Foreskin During Errection

Hello! I would like to ask you a question about the penis. Before the erection i can pull down the head skin however when my penis erect i can not pull the head skin all the way down, it only go halfway and i start to feel a bit of pain. Is it a normal thing for penis? If it not please tell me how to cure it .
