hi i m 21 and suddenly i m facing a problem in sudden tightening of the foreskin of the penis due to which i m not able to pull back my penis easily it pains when i try to pull it back. please tell me if this is to worry alot and what can i do to get it treated easily.

I think you are talking about tight foreskin which is called phimosis. The best remedy is a simple surgery called circumcision. Consult a surgeon.
