Hello,

Possible causes for tightness of chest is allergic bronchitis, acid reflux or anxiety neurosis or infection or cardiac problems.

So get it done chest xray and ECG. Use tablet levocetrizine and monterleukast once a day for five days.

Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days.

If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
