Suggest Remedy For Tightness In Throat
I have a tightness in my throat, or more precisely in the area just above my Adams apple, possibly to do with my tonsils? Feels very much like constant minimal pressure being put on them, much like when you wear a shirt that it too tight and the top button is done up. slightly worried and concerned/scared.

thanks for writing in to health care magic.the symptoms that you are describing suggests inflammed tonsils . is it accompanied with pain and fever? kindly consult a ent specialist regarding the issue. if the tonsils are giving you troble repeatedly , you may have to undergo tonsilectomy( nowdays a minor operation)
sometimes due to stress some ppl feel there is a presence of lump in throat though its actually absent (globus hystericus).this is more of a psychological fear.
