Suggest Remedy For Tightness Of Chest And Severe Pain

Hi I have a recurring problem which has had me taken to hospital 3 times now, I get a tight feeling in my chest, severe pain, sweating and struggling to breathe, but my vital signs always show normal, no heartburn, but been suggested maybe acid reflux

Thanks for query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of a cardiac problem.
Such symptoms are seen in myocardial infarction or in simple words heart attack.
I suggest you to get an ecg done as soon as possible and meet a cardiologist.
Although such symptoms are also seen in acid reflux but its better to get investigated.
