Suggest Remedy For Tightness, Pressure And Pain In Throat

Hi I have tightness, pressure and pain in the front left side of my throat. It feels like something is constricted inside the neck or throat. I first noticed it when i was trying to explain something to someone and was stressed, but now even when i am not stressed it is there. I do suffer from migraines (hyposensitive to light, smell, noise and get nausea - usually lasts 2-3 days) I have tmj problem, I had 2 x sinus surgeries, I have an Underactive thyroid and I have fibromyalgia symptoms. I am highly sensitive to chemicals and high noises. I get a rash from the sunlight on my skin. I I hope you could/would help me.

Hello,

The symptoms of tightness,pressure,pain and constriction in neck / throat can be due to fibromyalgia. I suggest you to continue treatment for fibromyalgia to relieve the symptoms. Sensitivity to sunlight can be managed by avoiding exposure to sunlight. In addition, I suggest you to get tested for anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) after consulting your physician / rheumatologist.
