Suggest Remedy For Tingling And Burning Leg Post Blood Withdrawal
Yesterday I went to a lab for blood drawn. My vein is very fine. The nurse deep too much on my left elbow with needle and I got a shock. The shocking since then is getting tingling moving all over my legs.. It is very stingy or burn. I am worry as to what is going to do to me. What can use to remove this pain. Thanks Jenny
The pain is likely due to minor trauma to the nerve in the area.
Nerve related pain can cause the abnormal sensation or shocking that you are experiencing.
There are medications that may help. You may want to start with over the counter meds such as ibuprofen, naproxen, voltaren. If these are not effective then medications for nerve pain can be prescribed by your doctor eg amitriptyline, nortriptyline, tegretol, lyrica, gabapentin
I hope this helps
