Suggest Remedy For Tingling In The Arms

yes my blood pressure for the last couple of months has been up for me around the 143/94 range some higher. Stress levels have been up due to a recent health concern resulting in the death of my mother in law but I noticed this 3 months ago but haven't done anything about it yet tingling in the left arn and sometimes the right and I do have a thyroid condition that I take synthroid for.
