Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation In The Finger

my name is anurag 26 years old .i have pain in my upper left shoulder below neck.due to it. I feel tingling in my left hand's finger. i have already visited a doctor ,but there no relief .after then i had consult a physiotherapist , he suggest me to take 2 dose of mobizox tablets till three days .after three days my pain has disappear but tingling is remained in my finger.
