Suggest Remedy For Tingly, Bruised Foot After A Fall

hi there on sunday night i had a bad fall and hurt my left foot instantly a lump like a ping pong ball appeared and rather bad swelling,i went to a&e where i had an xray and wasnt told too much information other than there wasnt a break and to keep it rested i have been completely unable to walk on that foot and have been using crutches even though the lump has gone down there is extremely bad bruising all over my foot even the sole of it but i am concerned that my foot and leg that i have hurt is now freezing cold all the time and feels tingly please could you advice me if i need a second opinion
