Hi i suffer from Meniere s Disease for 12 years now i had gentamycin injections which helped me a lot but about 1 yr ago i had no stability went to my url he suggested intratimpanic steroid injections it worked for about 6 months now my tinititus is louder fullness in the ear i don't know what to do any more

hi, you can use betahistine and ginkobiloba tablets forabout 3 months duration. intratympanic gentamicin is a good treatment for your meneire disease. eat salt free diet. take diamox tablet 500 mg twice a day for one week to 15 days which will reduce the hydrops and fullness in the ear.
