Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus And Discomfort In Both Ears Post Treatment For Infection

My ex boyfriend slapped me really hard on both sides of my ears I went three days later to the Er. The doctor just said I had ear infections on both ears and blood on my left ear. Its been five days since this happened and three days on antibiotics I still feel noise and discomfort . im so scared I m literally crying my eyes out because I have no money to see a ear specialist.

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- If this is the ear infection then it may not be due to slap or injury, it could be fungal infection and some time it may need cleaning of ear apart from the antibiotic cleaning of ear is must.
Medication:- Continue the antibiotic drop as well as oral
Advise:- Cleaning of ear is must and for that you need to see the ENT
Comments:- At the most "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day can be tired.
