Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus And Pain In Gums

I had pain under my right nostril on the gum line but not the teeth. pain was severe and caused my entire right side to swell slightly. The upper gums directly below this nostril if pressed on is extremely sore. My ears were trying to pop all day and I noticed my right nostril has been stuffed up. Is this a sinus infection beginning? Or something related to my gums like an abscess possibly? I had to take 2 Tylenol and 2 advil to stop the pain along with 2 sinus congestion head pills. I do not feel like over dosing to get relief, any suggestions will be appreciated. Still pressure under the right nostril, tender to the touch, left side is fine.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain generalized pain in upper gums on right side along with swelling on face and stuffed up nostril seems to be most probably due to infection in maxillary sinus on the right side..
Due to inflammation and infection there is accumulation of infectious fluid in the nose leading to congestion..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and x rays like PNS view or MRI of the sinuses can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now continue taking the medication that you are taking to relieve pain, along with it do steam inhalations,saline nasal sprays, steroid sprays and decongestants like Pseudoephadrine..
