I have been experiencing a shifting sand sound in my right ear. I feel a little faint when this keeps occurring. I thought I would check the internet and see other people have had the same problem. I do have a definite tinnitus in my ears as well with the high pitched ringing. This is different, though.

Doctor may prescribe tricyclic antidepressants , alprazolam and devices like hearing aids and masking devices .
