Suggest Remedy For Tiny Bumps On Penis

The tip of my penis has like a really large bump on it. I feel like it s getting a little bigger too. There are also little bumps in my pee hole. They don t itch, burn, or anything. I m just very concerned on what this could be. It doesn t hurt to urinate.
