Suggest Remedy For Tonsillitis And Pain In Throat And Cough

i have tonsillitis and I have pain in my throat since last one month and I have white woofing cough coming from my throat. I was treated with 10 capsules of 650mgs amoxicillin but no change in pain. I had TB tumors in throat two years and I was operated. Kindly advise

hi.
Read and understood your history of tonsillitis with pain in throat. You have whooping cough and it looks that you have white expectoration also coming from the throat on coughing.

The Amoxicillin did not help you means you may need another antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and painkillers for the relief.
With the history of TB Tumors operated 2 years back , the possibility of TB now also has to be ruled out and this is done by:
X-ray of the chest.
Test of blood including Gold Quantiferone test for TB.
ENT Endoscopy examination and biopsy

The final diagnosis will give the proper plan for treatment.
